Valentines Day
Our V Day Bnr was a great success we teamed up with the Pcf team and they ran the am bnr while Chris Ran the pm Bnr and all together we got 75 sales!
Since then we've steadily been growing our teams and becoming more active and successful with each passing day!

New Teams New Treasuries New Challenges
It's been a Busy week for us at X Factor. We had a great Bnr round here:http://www.etsy.com/treasury/MTgzMzYzMTN8MjAwMTk5MTU1MQ/open-x-factors-bnr-extends-its-arms-to?page=55#comments. Tura won the raffle and gets to be one of two hotspots next round. We made a whole bunch of new friends and have two new Curators too!
Chris started a hot new team here:http://www.etsy.com/teams/11728/x-factor-promotion-and-chat-team and it's growing like wildfire!
And Tonight I started a new team here: http://www.etsy.com/teams/11723/x-factor-international-team that will take longer to grow but I see great things happening with it!
I also have chosen new leadership on my handmade team today, all very exciting stuff!

Thor's Day
We had a great day for our team and Our BNR. We opened here:http://www.etsy.com/treasury/MTgzMzYzMTN8MTk0MjY0NTM2MQ/pausedx-factor-hot-spot-bnr-17-sales?index=1&page=13#comments and I started training two new Curators.
I trained Alison from http://www.etsy.com/shop/justquillin this am, unfortunately we had no sales. So I basically just told her the rules and let her log in and be the curator, I think if we can get her trained well she'll be a great asset to our team, and invite fresh new blood to our BNR's.
This evening on the fly I started training Tura from http://www.etsy.com/shop/JeanLouisesCloset. We had three sales and she got some good training time in. She did a really excellent job and she's even reopening at 11pm cst.
I'm really excited about the things that are happening for our team! I hope you are too!

First Time Team Bns
I just realized I hadn't blogged for us in ages, or what feels like ages. So I thought, while I'm bored and here at work doing nothing, I'd play catch up.
As I'm sure some of you know, we're taking a hiatus from our weekly Bnr's and doing a Bns that either lasts until we fill all 16 open slots, or Dec 23, whichever comes first. Our Treasury team has 113 fantastic members and Chris is busily inviting more peeps to the Big team, our original Vintage team, X Factor Vintage which is now 292 members large. So if you haven't joined us yet, now is as good a time as there ever was to join our growing X Factor legion!
